Privacy Policy

Revised & Compliance Updated: December 30, 2025

This Privacy Policy, together with our in-product disclosures, comprehensively discloses how NETSX ecosystem products (including "Netsx Flow") collect, use, and share user data. We are committed to transparency and adherence to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.

1. Collection and Use of Information

We collect only the narrowest permissions and data necessary to provide our features. User data (including any data provided by a user or collected about a user/browser usage) is used solely for the following single purpose:

  • Single Purpose: Automating and optimizing AI-driven workflows (e.g., prompt expansion, media management, and batch processing).
  • Functional Data: We handle session-based information locally within the product to execute user commands.
  • Transparency: If our products ever handle data not closely related to the functionality described on our store page, we will provide prominent disclosure and obtain affirmative, informed consent prior to use.

2. Limited Use Requirements

Google API Affirmative Statement:

"The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

Our use of user data is restricted as follows:

  • No Advertising: We do NOT use or transfer user data for personalized advertisements or marketing.
  • No Reselling: We do NOT sell user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • No Credit Assessments: We do NOT use or transfer data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
  • Transfers: Data is only transferred to third parties (like OpenAI or Meta) if necessary to provide or improve our single purpose, to comply with laws, or for security (e.g., investigating abuse).

3. Use of Permissions & Human Review

  • Narrowest Permissions: We request only the permissions required to implement our current features. We do not "future-proof" by requesting permissions for unimplemented services.
  • Human Review: We do not allow humans to read user data unless:
    • We have obtained the user's explicit consent to read specific data;
    • It is necessary for security purposes;
    • It is required to comply with applicable laws;
    • The data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. Security and Handling Requirements

We implement strict measures to protect your information from unauthorized access:

  • Encryption: All sensitive communication and user data transfers are secured via industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL).
  • Local Processing: Whenever possible, data is processed locally within the user's browser environment to minimize exposure.
